In this episode you hear Amani talk about different food tastes and textures. The target language is adjectives to describe food. Amani describes our favorite food tastes and textures as well as food textures we are not too keen on. Before you listen, try to think of Arab food dishes. What are the typical textures you associate it with our cuisine? Is it smooth, sticky, crispy, crumbly or crunchy? Or ultra-tender and heavy?
